摘要:
为减少教师惩罚行为对学生的负面影响,需要研究教师自身变量与惩罚行为的关系,以便有针对性地提高教师的职业素养。研究选取了26名小学教师,采用问卷调查的方式,考察自身变量与不同类型惩 罚行为的关系。结果如下:统计学变量、归因对惩罚行为无显著影响,教育观念、师生互动模式、心理特质和人格特点有显著影响。
Abstract:
The primary school teachers’ punitive behaviors have a direct influence on students’ physical and psychological health. Research on the relationships of teachers’ punitive behaviors and the teachers’ self-variables is useful for reducing the detrimental effects and promoting the teachers’ professional quality pertinently. By using questionnaires, 26 primary teachers were surveyed in order to find out the correlation between the three different levels of punitive behaviors and teacher’s self-variables. The results show that there is no significant difference in statistical variables and the attribution style. The results also show that the teacher’s punitive behaviors are significantly affected by the teacher’s beliefs, their relationships with students and psychological characteristics and personalities.
