摘要:
高校“两课”的教学对象、内容及目标等都与心理咨询有相似、交叉之处,因此可以参考心理咨询的疗效因子用以提升教学效果。咨访关系是心理咨询中最重要的疗效因子,与“两课”教学中的师生关系相对应。心理咨询对咨访关系的重视程度及维系途径启示“两课”教师在教学过程中要重新审视师生关系,可以从真诚、积极关注、共情等角度来构建有效的“两课”师生关系。
Abstract:
Psychological counseling and the “Two Courses” in colleges and universities are similar in contents, targets and so on. So we can get some enlightenment from the therapeutic factors of psychological counseling in order to improve the teaching effect. In the therapeutic factors of the psychological consultation, the most important point is the counseling relationship. This part corresponds to the teacher-student relationship in the teaching of the “Two Courses”. The emphasis on and the methods to maintain the consultant-visitor relationship in psychological counseling reveals that teachers of “Two Courses” should re-examine the teacher-student relationship in the teaching practice. We can build a good teacher-student relationship in the teaching of “Two Courses” by means of sincerity, positive attention, and empathy.
